Question V-nailer or Egg Beater?

Wondering if anyone might know what this is and if it works very well?
MegaMac V-nailer is the name it goes by.

It reminds me of my first v-nailer, which was a Euro. It was very effective but not what you would call subtle. It had a height-adjustable top clamp, but no front clamp, so you had to hold the corner together manually as you fired the nails in.

When I started up I bought a Euro pinner. Basic model. No stand, just a bracket to fix it to a bench. No front clamp, but over the years I have developed very virile thumbs.

The optional stand cost nearly as much as the pinner. So I though I would knock one up in my shed (That's not the same shed as I have now. It was a different shed ). I worked great. Still using the same pinner. With the same stand.
