Do any vendors offer such a product?

You've been really helpful so far. I've already ordered some samples from your above suggestions.

Most of my finished floaters are just a side and a bottom - a simple right angle. But the unfinished ones, so far, all have that extra step/spacer built into the inside corner. What I really need is a profile where that step/spacer is NOT there..??... Does anyone know why the simpler profile is harder to find, unfinished???
