Tool to cut Oval/Circle Pexi Cutter 4 football

Do you know where I can purchase a machine or tool that is able to cut an oval or circle shape in the plexiglass. I have a customer who wants to frame a football along with his jersey. He wants half of the football to be shown through the plexiglass. He saw this somewhere and now he is requesting it.

I am thinking of cutting an oval shape in the plexiglass. Then put the half air filled football under the plexiglass with half the football showing out of the plexi.

Would this work Oval/Circle Glass Cutter work?

I don't think what you want can be done with hand tools.

You might be able to do it with a woodworking plunging router , a templete and special router bit. The key(hard part) will be getting a perfect templete made.

I would suggest finding a local plastic fabricator who has a CNC router. Pay them for the acrylic sheet with the hole in the sheet and you can do the rest. After they route out the hole, they can also "flame polish" the edges.
