I used to purchase 1/2" 60ft rolls of ATG tape from United made by Scapa "Swiss Made". They are not carrying it anymore and I really like it. Does anyone else have a source for this tape? Thanks for input.

I think you can get this direct. I recall, but don't have it in front of me, the information received from them in the mail. I know I don't have it in my possession anymore, but I think direct purchase is an option.

Not positive, but I think you can also get it from Rechenbachs in Knoxville and Nashville, TN. (Since you are from the Southeast...)

I just received a box of Scapa tape last week from United. #3579 (I think) It's 1/2 x 36 ft rolls though and I agree it's good, general purpose ATG.

Wow, this is news to me. I sure would like to know who here at United gave you this information. The Scapa tape you want is our number 5341 1/2 x 60 yard and we have about 10,000 rolls in stock in our three warehouses.

My Delta rep came in today with two rolls of this exact stuff to try out....Scapa, Swiss made. Coincidence?? Anyway, I was on the G when he came in, and told him someone here was looking for it. He said tell y'all Delta has it, all sizes, including super-hold. I'll post their 800# when I get to the shop tomorrow.

Looks like United's prices are better, but nice to know where to go when those 10,000 rolls are gone!
