Hello, here is a unique problem (unique to me.)
print mounted on foamcore wants to go between two sheets of glass, and into thin frame. Homo saphiens wants to hang it on the wall using the wall color as virtual matboard showing tru glasses. Questions is how would you make sure that this package stays in the frame without nails, etc showing. I was thinking a line of clear silicon should do the trick, but maybe there is something better outthere in the universe. Thank you people in advance.

I think the solution to this will be revealed in the upcoming Harry Potter movie.

It's one of my favorite lines: "I'm a framer, not a magician."

Liquid Nails?

What about a big glob of liquid nails right behind the artwork?:kaffeetrinker_2:

Try this. For the back pane, use plexi instead of glass and place the print where you want it. Surround it with clear spacers adhesive side up. When you have the spacers where you want them, remove the print and use Weld-on #3 and a hypodermic syringe to weld them in place. Give them a few minutes to dry, place the print back in, remove the adhesive from the spacers, put the glass on the face and voila...there you have it.

OK, Thanks. But I still have no idea how I will secure the back glass into the frame. I should watch the movie. :-)

Richards, thanks. That is a good idea, I will probably paint it to match the front. Thanks!
