For those who purchased the new EZ-TACH SPECIAL EDITION kit at WCAF or the Decor Expo in Baltimore, the instructional DVD has finally been edited and hopefully will be shipped by the first week in June. It will be shipped automatically to those who purchased a 500SE.

If you purchased the Special Edition kit and don't receive your DVD by the middle of June, please call.

I am very sorry that this has taken so long but some things we just have no control over. The young man who creates my DVD's found out that he had cancer just before we were to begin shooting, and for that reason the project has taken a bit longer than anticipated. He did a great job....even though I know that due to treatment he didn't feel well much of the time he was working on it. What a professional and a wonderful guy he is. I can't thank him enough.

Pat, my thoughts and prayers go out to your young man DVD creator, and hoping his treatment is being successful. Makes your efforts with the DVD even more special.

Thank you for all that you've contributed to our industry!

Thank you Val, you are very welcome. But since our products are only as good as those who use them and I am constantly amazed at the beautiful and creative work that framers send me to show how they used one of my methods for mounting something. It is such a testimonial that framing is as much of an art form as the artist who created the art work being framed. I can't take any credit for that, but it is nice to be recognized for having helped a little in the process. Thanks again

I am praying for Mark as well. His treatment seems to be working, but it is very hard on him. He is such a sweet man and even though he wasn't feeling well during the filming, he was so patient with me. It took about 15 hrs of filming to get an hour DVD.

When I first started shooting the DVD's I never realized how hard it would be to speak into a camera for hours without the customers there to ask questions like I have at the shows. It really changed my opinion of actors. Now when I hear someone say that they worked really hard on a film....I know how hard they worked! It is exhausting and certainly gives clarity to why it takes months of filming and sometimes a year of editing to get one good film.
