In those days where one tends to take the good things for granted, but complain when things go wrong; I would be remiss if I didn't mention the great tech support from the Wizard guys.
One of my employees called them a few days ago with a problem and they told him how to fix it.
Brian, from their tech support, called twice on 2 different days just to make sure the problem was solved!
