To all who share your wisdom, advice, jokes and misc. "other": I wanted to post a thank you. I have taken a new managers position for a established shop and while I have been reading and learning from all of you for a while, your current and past posts/topics are helping me (and her) move her in a more successful and profitable path. I've spent the last several days compiling research in a number of areas so "informed decisions" can be made.
