Thanks again to Brian, Carl, the two ladies whose names I couldn't catch, and all of the other tech people at Wizard! I think that you have solved my computer fiasco and that I am back in the mat cutting business!!!

After a few calls to tech support today, I was able to get things up and running, cut the mats that were waiting to be cut, and was able to move on to the next task.

I REALLY appreciate your patience - especially since I am a total computer idiot.
