As is my habit when it is warranted, I want to extend a "Thank You" to you Peter, again, for staying on the ball with your customers.
I called UMS twice in the past 2 months regarding a new catalog for the art gallery where I work here in Florida. I had to call a third time last Saturday and I left a message for Peter about the situation. He called me back yesterday and told me that they were temporarily out of catalogs but had just gotten some in this week. He promised to get one out to me directly after he hung up from our conversation.
I got that catalog about 15 minutes ago by FedEx Express! I couldn't ask for better service!!
It is always so easy to complain when things don't go right with a distributor and I believe that the same should hold true when a distributor goes that extra step to take care of their customers.
