Thank You Frame Ready!

I just want to report that I am so very glad we got our Frame Ready software up and running this summer. It was worth the wait to do it right, and we chose the right software.

You may know that I am at home this month (and next, and next...) after two knee replacements. Each night the staff upload the FR data files to the Mac iDisk (Apple online storage) and each night I download them to the home desktop. Now when I want to check an order at the shop, all I have to do is fire up FR at home, and I can see everything on our shop computers from the day before and previous. This has come in handy several times this month when discussing an order with a staff member.

I am doing something similar with the new Mac version of Quick Books for invoicing. The files are backed up to the iDisk online server and are then picked up at work and vice versa. Very handy.

Thanks to all who pushed and shoved me into the use of a POS.

Frame Ready truly is a great product.

The secret is the people. Burt is a great developer and Carol does an outstanding job of teaching and supporting the product.

I for one LOVE FrameReady. We went 6 years before getting a POS system. I really wish we had it from the beginning, but the last 4 years have been great. Wouldn't/couldn't do without it now.

Had a customer come in Saturday.... He comes in about every 9 months or so.... Was impressed we had logo'd polo shirts (have had them for a while)... was very impressed with the POS system (also had that for a while).... then was just blown away when I showed him his image on Integrated Framer (he had round artwork and couldn't understand it when I asked him if he wanted the opening round like the artwork. Totally confused him until I showed him both ways on IF) Oh yeah, he just loved the Wizard also. :smiley:

I just love technology (and our polos)....
