Textured Photo Box Mount - Source Needed

Lately we have had several people bring in photos that were box mounted in varying heights and attached in different configurations. It is similar to what Unique Mounting or Image Impact can do. The difference is that they are nicely textured on the face of the photos rather than just the matte or glossy finished offered by these companies. We have not been able to find a source for this. Without exception all of them were done by photographers so I am guessing that this is a vendor that targets the professional photographers. Any suggestions?

Anyone?? This seems to be the world's best kept secret. We have searched for over a month without success. I was hoping there would be some photographers who are framers too that would have access to this information.
