Can anyone tell where sleeves made from Biaxially Oriented PolyPropylene (BOPP) fall on the safe / not safe / safe for long term / archival spectrum?

Polypropylene is the same main ingredient that is in Coroplast, which is well used in many archivial applications. The difference with biaxially orientated polypropylene is it is thin and clear. Should still be a very safe, inert product.When in doubt, I would call the company where you purchase and get a spec sheet on.

All I have heard from the company is that they are made from 100% virgin polypropylene.
Sounds fairly safe to me : )
