Tap Production Shadowbox

This is a shadowbox we just completed for the parents of a 5 year old who was in a tap/ballet production. The "floor" that the shoes are sitting on is actually at a 30 degree angle (it's difficult to see in the photo) giving it a real 3D effect.

Thats a cool idea. I never would have thought of slanting the "floor". I'll have to remember that.

Neat idea! If the occasion comes up again, needing a floor, you might consider some real oak plank or parquet. You can usually buy just a few pieces of it, or even some of the wood look vinyl tiles.
