Swivel frame source

A customer wants a desktop swivel 8x10 frame, the frame is supported by a stand that allows it to swivel - they are Victorian looking. I called Gemini but they don't carry 8x10.

Do any of you have other sources that I might try?

have you considered building it yourself. This book might be of some help.. web page . It covers a lot of unusual things and is a great read.
