Super Bowl Frame Project

I have a great design project in house to work on... and the customer - who is a new customer - just happens to be someone I have known for a long long time and didn't know that this was "me" in this frame shop!!!

He has tickets from 15 Super Bowl games of the 21 he has attended and wants a "knock out" frame package for this grouping...

Has anyone done anything really spectacular that they would share a direction with me?

I am thinking of engraved plates under each ticket for the year and teams/scores... float mounting the tickets themselves with a double mat and fillet around each ticket... It's getting wild..

First, look very VERY carefully at each ticket.... then send him off to get very good copies made that are not heat/light sensative. Tickets to SB 35 were thermalgraphic.

Next, mounting the copies on 4ply and undercutting and wrapping them in the two teams colors of fillet (Krylon some carp silver or something) would be cool place to start...

Cut Mat Art a generic Dome/Bowl bracketed with Super and Bowl... on the top. Three rows five tickets wide.....

Thanks for the heads up on the tickets - I had learned the thermal lesson the first year I was in business with some U2 tickets - ouch! And that was the first comment my husband made, too!!

And the design direction.. sounds like an interesting starting point! I am exploring and playing before I present to him!!
