CLASSES:
Invisible Mounting Techniques--Clear Film Mounting with Mylar/Melinex
This class is about new & innovative mounting techniques for all kinds of flat & 3-D items, using Melinex 516 clear polyester film. The illustrated houndouts describes complete, step-by-step instructions for nine unoque mounting technoques. Samples of mounts are exhibited & discussed. Students are invited to create mounts with provided materials, acquainting them with the unique advantages, handeling, & methods of working with clear film.

Mounting With Fine Mesh Fabrics
This lecture will discuss protective, non-invasive, reversible mounting techniques for textiles, document, & objects. Learn all about using highly specialized ultra-fine mesh fabrics made of silk /polyester/nylon tulle for innovative float mounting without harm the objects. Detailed handouts are included. THIS IS A HANDS ON WORKSHOP!!!

SATURDAY NIGHT SOCIAL
Saturday night we will meet in the bar for hors d'oeuvres & cash bar. This is a GREAT opportunity to neet/greet/network with your fellow frames! You can learn soooo much by talking with your peers & you can make some great friendships too!!!

just a quick reminder that FRIDAY, MARCH 28th is the last day for ya'all to RSVP for a spot in our great classes!!!!!! You'll need to RSVP to Genia Ward at 813-948-4447 (m-f 10-7/sat 10-4) & CHECK/VISA/MC accepted. From what I've been told by my various reps business in our state is down so you won't have to work on SUNDAY, April 6, 2008, so why not come join us for a great day of learning/socializing?????? You cant learn something new from Jim Miller, means they just haven't buried the body yet!

It's almost toooo late to register.........there' JUST enough ... but

it's winding down QUICKLY!!!! (time,that is)

it's almost time for 'our' weekend in daytona!!! we're up to 20 some particiants and with all the great 'prizes' donated by our gracious vendors most of us will go home enriched in the pocket AND the spirit!!!

one of our vendors(USA) is proffering some 'knock you doors off' show specials(glass, foamboard, supplies, moulding, mats--everything you need to setup/run a framing shop)-----for those of us that register by the 3rd (attendence WILL be counted)!!!!!!!! You just might save enough to pay for your trip to the beach!!!!! ---(FRIDAY, MARCH 28th WAS the last day to register but due to USA's offer we have extended signup!!!)

Don't be shy now.......pick up that phone and give us a call! (we have a voice mail if we're not there) you'll save even more if you google motels in that area(you don't NEED to stay at the host hotel to come to/enjoy the benefits of the seminars!) and probable save enough to buy you alot of the gas for the trip home(even if you vehicle is filled to the roof with all those vendor prizes). One of our East Coasters is joining us and staying 8-9 blocks away(that's what??? 5-10 min in drive time on a Sunday am???) and saving enough to pay down most of one room!

ALL THAT!!! and you get the chance to smoooze with all your cohorts in crime!!!!----oh yes, did you remember that there's also a great get-together Saturday night at the bar in the hotel???? (THAT by itself can sometimes be worth the trouble of the trip!!!) you can learn an awful lot in those informal BS sessions---if you haven't tried one, or it's been a while since you allowed yourself the privilage...DO IT NOW!!!!!
