Last year I evaluated SpecialtySoft POS and thought it could do everything I needed, so I took the plunge and bought the full license. Only when I put it into day-to-day use did I find that it did not work well with my workflow. I have obtained authorization from SpecialtySoft to transfer my license to someone who can make good use of it. The regular price for SpecialtySoft POS is $1495, I'm only asking $800. Vendor updates are $395/year, and mine is paid up through November (though to be honest I don't know if the vendor updates transfer along with the license).

Folks, this is a GREAT deal! Jump on it! We use SpecialtySoft in our shop and its terrific. There's others out there, but you'll really get to like SSS once you meet Mark in Tech Support.

Fantastic Deal

For anyone that has been contemplating adding POS and hasn't, this would be a great time, at a great price.

I'm sure that SpecialtySoft will honor the updates along with the license. This is the POS software that we have used in our shop since 1999, and have it setup on five stations, running not only our framing dept but also our full gift inventory and website inventory.

Great Software - Excellent Reports - Great Customer Service

Specialtysoft

Is this the version that can work with production shops? Do you also have the visualization package?

People why not buy it? I know next week we are gonna have someone asking what software to use!

THIS ONE! Were I still in the market for a POS I'd buy this one....

Jim, check out the Lifesaver tips thread. Someone at the end of it is right now evaluating LS and "other programs". PM him your price, frankly I'm surprised you haven't heard from him already ;)

Hi, I am very interested in your POS system. I just bought a used CMC (I have been doing it by hand for years) and I think that this would talk to my CMC software which would be very handy. But anyway, is there any equipment that comes with the software? Just let me know.
Thanks,
Tyler
