I did not receive my subscription update invoice from SpecialtySoft until mid-February; and sent the check to them pretty quickly. Now my access is denied to downloading the vendor updates and won't be reactivated until my check "goes through their system." Has anyone else encountered this problem? I've been well pleased with the program/tech support for four years, but this gets in my craw, so to speak. In January I received a call from Specialty Soft concerning the subscription, which I told them I would pay as soon as they mailed/faxed me an invoice. The fax never came, and the mailed invoice came weeks later. I ain't too happy!
