I need a few dozen 20x24 UV plexi sheets, but with cleaner edges than a wall-cutter will give (the edges of the plexi will show when they're displayed). Does anyone know of suppliers that sell precut sheets in standard sizes (16x20, 20x24, 24x36, etc.) for the framing industry? I know I can custom order direct from Acrylite's online store, but thought if there's a source for standard size panels, there might be cost savings.

If you have the room, a table saw with an acrylic blade save you a bunch of bucks. You don't need a lot of saw. A contractors table saw will work and can be folded up when not in use. With a smaller saw you might need to cut a 48c96 sheet in half with your wall cutter first.

If the edges are to be displayed, I wouldn't rely on a distributor. Who know how smooth their cuts will be. And regardless of who cuts it, you will probably need to polish the edges.

If you want to go the full monty, here's my setup. There's a panel saw in the back for cutting down sheets in half or whatever is needed and final cuts done on the table saw. Not the table in front of the saw needed to support long cuts. Both the panel saw and table saw use Tenyru plastic blades.

My local supplier will cut down 4 x 8 foot sheets at no additional charge. Yes, you'd likely need to polish the edges yourself.

You can order finished panels from a plastics fabricator. A lot depends on where you are.

Hi Jojo,
Your comment doesn't seem to have anything to do with the Acrylic conversation from 2018.

We'd be happy to help.
I'm not quite sure what you are looking for.
A fillet is an inner frame that either goes inside a frame or a mat.
A fillet mat is another name for a second layer of mat.
Are you looking for advise on how to do one of the above?
Are you looking for a place to purchase one of the above?
Are you looking for something else?
