I need a source for 80 2x3 narrow black wood frames w/easelbacks and 'plastic' glazing (what is that material in 'cheap' frames?).

As I suspected, there are many classes of frames but this one may not be in grumblers' views, thank to All Framers Gods and Goddesses! But then I might be wrong. ;)
 
That material is Styrene - the butter of plastic glazing options.

Honestly, Sherry, I have found that my wholesale cost on such items is typically higher than the retail price at Wal-Mart - unless you're prepared to buy several thousand.

2 x 3 wood frames with splined corners, wood easel backs, glass (not styrene or acrylic, you may have to swap it out but why?) tissue wrapped in a cardboard box for less than $4.00 each. Black, Rosewood, Blue, Natural
