It is time (or past time) to put up the Christmas Decorations. I was thinking that hanging some snowflakes in the front window would look pretty cool, but what would be even cooler would be to make then from mat board on the the Wizard.

While there are 2 designs in the cutart folder, like most of the other things in there they are pretty lame.

Does anyone have some designs out there they would like to share?

If not maybe we could get a few of us wizard guru's to each design 1-2 snowflakes say 12" across and then share with the rest of the G. Since no two flakes are the same we could have a great library of designs for next Christmas.

Jared Davis is teaching a class in Vegas on using Corel Draw to make cut designs for CMC's. It should be a very worthwhile class for projects like this!

I'd be taking this class if I were going to Vegas!

Just sayin'!

...and PLEASE when you design them, make them SIX pointed. Eight pointed "snowflakes" are WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!

This is the snowflake that the file above makes.
