SNOW

What's a little snow!

Na! It's time toughen up!! In the our nearby city, we get the snowball award every year - snow's better than rain!

One of the nice things about being a US Citizen is that there are climates available to suit almost any logical desire, unlike those residents of, say Panama or Iceland.

We're thankful for it here in southeast Kansas. We're 15 1/2" below our norm for moisture and since my husband's a cattle farmer, we're really feeling the need for the snow. We got 12" yesterday - bad thing, however, is there's ice underneath so roads are not good.

Framing-wise, no customers yesterday - but a chance to get a little caught up because we've been inundated with a lot of Christmas orders. So guess I won't complain.

Hope everyone stays safe.

We're in SE Wis. and already have 12" and no end in sight. And only 2 days after it was 58 degrees! eeeee haaaaa!

Running Hot & Cold!

It was 62 yesterday and for the prior week, and now its 42 with warnings of high winds. I figure that by the time I'm ready to retire, the South's weather will be in the Northeast and there won't be any reason to retire to the South!
