An inquiry has come in for a "snap frame". As described, it seems to be an aluminum or plastic frame with a top or bottom panel that flips up, allowing access to the frame's contents, and then snaps down again.

As I recall, this might be like an enclosed bulletin board for changeable menus, paper notices, etc.

Anybody have a clue about where to find such a thing?

Alpina is who I was going to recommend.

There are many mfg of "snap" or "petal" frame strewn across the internet.

Many are catering to the restaurant industry with cheap deals on "stock" sizes
such as 12x28 and 11x17 . . . things we would consider to be "custom" - - but
are standard for certain menus.
