shadowbox frame

I'm supposed to mount a jersey in a shadowbox. I've never done a jersey before, but I think I can figure it out.
What I'm wondering about is the frame, which we got from Gemini. It has these little plastic joiners that fit in the corners. Can someone explain to me how to assemble one of these? I'm kind of on my own here. Thanks

They sound like thumnails, maybe some of the thumbnailers out they can chime in.

Yeah, i think they're plastic biscuit thumbnails. Basically i just need to know the best method for fitting it together. I mean... just beat em in with a hammer? That sounds risky to me, but I can do it.
