we located in Brooklyn, NY. I know is a service place in NC and in California but will like to know if anybody knows that any company in NY or closer than NC.

Welcome to the G. I'm curious as to what type of service you think it needs? I wonder if it's something that Larson Juhl customer service could walk you through as I believe they support Cassesse. Or perhaps Active Sales (which I believe is the CA company you are referencing) could walk you through something. I know that's the computerized one so maybe it's a tech thing, but the mechanics on their equipment are pretty worker friendly, even to a non tech.

Cassese Service

Over the years in many shops I have worked for I have used Larson-Juhls customer service. They have all ways been able to help me. No Charge other than for replacement parts. The last time I called it was for a old Cassese that was not even bought from L.J. the technical service person spent a couple of hours with me over 2-3 phone calls. The only part I needed was some new hose that cost $2.00. If its something your not comfortable trying to fix your self ,have someone you know who is handy call them for you and fix it. I am 6 hours upstate from you otherwise I would help you myself.

Larson Juhl tech assistance was always able to walk me through any service issues with whatever cassesse model I've used (although it can be intimidating and claustrophobic getting inside the things) - LJ really does help you on the phone till you get it figured out, but if I remember correctly they aren't available Fri-Sat-Sun
