see through shelf frame

these folks took a float trip for their anniversary. friends all sign this piece of driftwood on the back and a poem on the front some weeds and a picture of the river drawn on a large 4x6 post-it note.

I used a roma shadow box with its matching regular frame lined the box with 1/4 inch masonite loosely covered with burlap and the frames joined with magnates. the masonite was cut to bridge the gap between the two frames.

customer loved it at $370. spent more time than i charged for.

Thanks Baer, I unfortunately didn't get a side shot before the customer picked it up. There is simply a seem btween the two, held together with the magnates.
