Anyone know an easy way to get perfect orientation and perfect alignment of screw-in decorative hooks?

I just built a fabric covered bulletin board with four of the nasty little hookers on the bottom rail ... it took way too long fiddling with them to get them all facing front, tightly screwed in place!

Surely there must be an easy way! If you know one, please share!

You just have to tell them not to hang anything on the one that is stripped.

Many years ago some craftsmen would go through piles of screws so that when they were tight the slots would all line up. Now we have square drive, Torx, etc.
Just a thought, you could try sticking toothpicks in the screw holes to get them to tighten up just right. Or put some JB Quick Weld epoxy in the holes.
