A artist-client is interested in setting up his own framing operation, which will require a saw and joining equipment for floater frames. Small production requirements, so good used equipment typical of small frame shops would be acceptable.

A professional-grade double miter saw would be good, but a twin-single system using two construction-grade saws and measuring table, such as ClearMount or SawHelper, would suffice.

Pneumatic underpinner preferred, but foot-operated could be OK if price is right. Brand not important, but condition is.
