Roma... seriously... how many time can you screw this up?

Undershipped my rush moulding.
Overnighted replacement sticks.
Replacement sticks wrong moulding.

And now it's the weekend it's getting picked up ...and I am now gonna be $1500 poorer when they cancel the rush.

Any possibility you could make them a loaner frame until you can obtain the Roma? Offer a discount for the inconvenience? I've had good service from Roma and have used a lot of their moulding including the one you are looking for. I had a client that needed a picture framed for a party at their home and there just was no way I could obtain the moulding they selected in time so we made them a loaner frame so they could at least have the artwork displayed until we could reframe in the frame they selected.
