I made a rummy mistake. I sold a moulding out of the Roma catalogue. Doh! They still carry the narrower one. I located the wider one in the catalogue and it was still in my Frameready.(better check the updates) Man I hate telling someone we have to start over again. Does anybody happen to have an extra eleven feet hanging around? E lo ringrazia per favore. (Please and thank you.)

Marc, It is the Albero 878651. It is a distressed white. Just like I am thinking about calling my customer.

Hey guys, can you help me out here. I killed too many brain cells with Unseal. That's assuming I had any to start.

Can you please post the code for your signature graphics? Please!

Kathy, Can you post a picture of the corner?

Does Roma not send you deletion notices? Do you have a rep that you can count on for there products?

If you look at the top of the "price code" file of the molding that you are in question about, it will have a date. That date should match the last time your files for Roma were updated. If not, It was not included in your last update. This was explained to me by Bert at Frameready.

I know this does not help your problem at the moment, but maybe it will help you with any future problems. I feel that the burden of the notification lies on Roma. I deal mostly with two suppliers, L.J. and Williamson. If I have a problem, I contact my rep. and they usually bend over backwards to help.

It is my fault, not Roma's. I was looking through the catalogue. I missed their last update. I just checked and they had one on Nov. 21 and I guess I didn't do it. My rep is actually looking for me but has had no luck. We can choose another one but the lady had actually brought the sample home and it was "perfect". Luckily she is a good customer but I hate to disappoint anybody.

Less, just go into the quote deal and you can see what code it took to post these graphics. I went into google and did a search for animations. I found one and right clicked and copied the address. After I put it in my signature I did have to add
at the end. Hope that helps.

Never mind on the quote deal. I just realized you had to go to "your profile."

Sorry to hear that the blame lies on you. It's always better if you can put it on your suppliers. Not that it makes your customer happier, but It makes you feel a little better anyway. ;)
