Seems like a few years ago at the WCAF show in Vegas I saw a heat press that was a roller type. Any ideas who the company was?

Thank You

There are a number of manufacturers. Bienfang sells several models under their brand, as does Hot Press. Do a search for "roller laminaters" both here and with a web search engine.

...haven't used it much.....I would not buy again. But it depends on what you are planning to do.

My shop has always had a 500T mechanical press and a 40x60 hot/cold vacuum press. A few years ago I wanted to replace my aging, obsolete VacuSeal, and considered buying a roller press. After talking with several users of roller presses, I bought another VacuSeal, gently used.

A roller press would be more compact and would have cost me less than a new 40x60 hot/cold vacuum press, but my conclusion was that the vacuum press would handle more mounting tasks and perform better than the roller press.

Exactly Jim. My concern was one of space; so in that regard it works. But I have run into some things so far where my roller laminator just didn't do the job.....so I would not buy again.
And I haven't found a way to use artcare restore in a laminator just yet......

I have a Bienfang roller hot press. I replaced the Seal vacuum press with the Bienfang in favor of smaller footprint size, easy to move around and the ability to mount large panoramic prints/photos.

I use the Bienfang for cold or hot mounting, but mostly cold. I also use it for Laminating, Encapsulation, Facemounting on plexi and in a pinch can wring out my wet clothes when our dryer is not working.
