Rhomboid/rhombus shaped frame

i am in need of a frame supplier who has the capability to make a frame that has a different kind of shape to it. i dont have the vises or the saw that can make the kind of cuts i need to make. PLUS..i dont know how to do it..even if i did have the right equipment. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

You might try Gemini mouldings out of Il. They have done some great frames for me.

Barton's Multi-Angle Framing Guide has plans for what they call a slanted 4-sided frame, which I think is a layman's term for a rhombus. Even if you don't want to attempt this yourself, I could send this to you so you can see how to specifiy what you want. Let me know if that would help.

I did make a few frames similar to this at one time. It's probably the closest I've ever come to looking for a different line of work.

Once you have the frame cut, you might also want to look at the SER clamp from Cornerstobe frame Supplies, It looks like it could handle weird shaped frames.
