reverse phone number look ups

Is there a truely FREE reverse phone number look up site? I am trying to determine who is calling me on my cell phone.

the sites I've checked start out free, then when they find the information, you can pay a fee to show you the results.

Anyone know of a truly free service out there?

I entered a number and it gave the business name and address!! Free.

How much info you're looking for?? Anything more than that is never free, anywhere.

It must be a personal number......that might be why they
wont give it to you without paying!

google should do everything except cell phone numbers.

Telemarketers will also show up on one of those WHO CALLED ME websites, with results also showing on google.

I had a chance to do the "google search" and the numner came up as a financial cc company - one which I do not have an account with.

but it lead me to this site which was interesting, and my number was one of the ones listed...
