Thank you for the quick reply. We tried them a few years back but the price for the part was very high, ~360 euro plus shipping. Any other alternatives? I appreciate your time and help!
That is a daft price as its only a manual/spring return pneumatic valve which an alternate could be sourced from a local pneumatic company the only issue i can see would be the mounting of an alternate valve on to the Morso fence assembly which may need some modification.

Thank you for your helpful advice. We are currently trying to find a local solution with a technician, but are also exploring potential Plan B options in the event that they cannot fix the problem. Your suggestions have been very useful.

I have a question for you: my machine has no notches on the lever that advances the head - I use my right hip to slide it forward slightly to the next cut. When I make the final slice, I press the black ball hard against the right side with my hip to lock it. So the question is: is this the same with your machine? I’m thinking that the previous owner of mine filed down the notches.

The experience we have had with it has been different. I believe that your machine's previous owner may have filed down the notches on the lever, as you suspect, which is causing the issues you described. My machine hasn't been modified, and I find that the lever advances smoothly with the notches guiding it. It's possible that your machine could benefit from some modification to restore the functionality of the notches. Hopefully this information helps you figure out what's going on with your machine.
