Remember the lamination gone wrong???

Well who ever read the thread lamination gone wrong (http://www.thegrumble.com/showthread.php?t=49171&highlight=lamination+wrong ) i would like to update u on that...
The company that i deal with had screwed up a wedding photo that i gave them .....my client had paid 100$ to have that printed from her photographer...She then brought to me and so on so on....
The end result is that i send it back to the laminater (huge company) and the rep personally went to the photographer 1 hour away with a cd and got the picture reprinted it and relaminated it...
The reason he went personally there is cause the photographer had no idea wich one of the many photos he was asking for....
Job well done and i want to thank them and congradulate them...

Glad to hear it. It's too rare that we get followup on problems and it's always good to hear that some companies do the right thing. Good on them!

Glad it worked out.

As a side: We all get the customers that don't want to spend much on framing because "I only spent $5. on the art"

This customer spends a $100. for a wedding print and only wants to do a plaque mount.
