Lots of programs on the market find lots of things that are allegedly not OK and claim they can fix them, for a fee.
I really doubt you will need to fix anything in the Registry, If anything, maybe it needs some cleaning (leftovers from programs that were uninstalled; those usually don't hurt and only certain programs should clean them up).
Lots of free programs can do that.
If you really insist on cleaning up the Registry: A very good one is from Karen Kenworthy, she's been writing lots of great programs for a long time, and she offers them free of charge.

PS: Always backup the Registry before running any such programs, as follows:
Start/ Run / Regedit, go to File / Export, give the backup a name, done.
