Help Recommendation on moving a Vacuseal method

I'm acquiring a vacuseal 4468 and need to get it out of a tight spot. I will have some muscle but you know it's a heavy beast. I'm looking for ideas on how to do this with no damage. It will have to come out on it's side somehow.
I was thinking of using some of the flat wood dollies to roll it out until I can reach my moving truck.

Make sure to tape the top down.
Be aware of the hoses and wires on the back.
 
I removed the lid and disassembled the base, moving it all in parts. That's back when I could pick up the lid by myself, but still used a second person.
I bought the machine at a distributor open house where it was being used as a demo model for a couple days. Moved it once again when I moved to my current location.
I was concerned about the hinges holding, because they really aren't designed to support the full weight of the lid. On both moves it had to be moved down hallways, so it was carried vertically.
