Problem Raphael's busy signal

I left my heart in san francisco/ st louis
I've been needing to place an order at Raphael's for a few days now and all day every day I get a busy signal. Does anyone know what the heck is going on? In general I need to order from them as soon as my customer places their order so I can get it in time for the due date. This is very frustrating.
 
It rings fine for me. There may be a phone company facilities problem from your area.

Try the direct number, if you havent, at 619-670-7999

Sounds like a phone company problem...happened to me last year. I usually don't make many calls out of state...until I had to make one. Tried and tried to call, only to get that busy signal.

Turned out my phone company had cancelled the long distance service for some obscure reason. :fire::fire::fire:

We have had a problem where some regional telecom switch was down and the calls were busied out. It takes a while to figure out why some people are calling in and some are not. In the end you would think the telecoms would be onto a fix quicker

I used to get that when I tried to call Williamson. I found out that it was from my caller ID blocking (which the phone company set up automatically for some reason) and that I had to dial *82 first before calling them.
