Considering there are different canvasses used for digital printing and fine art printing, is there an adhesive that can be applied on the back of the digital canvas to adhere it to a rigid substrate? And what kind of non-warping substrates should be used? Can digital images ever be placed in a heat press? These are not of value but for a hospital environment. They do not want to use traditional stretching of canvas in certain areas of the hospital. These will have decorative moulding.

Thanks for the input.

Best wishes to those on the East Coast with Hurricane Nemo!

Just did a bunch (150), used franks fabric adhesive. The canvas was mounted on Masonite. (like to give it some weight)
Procedure was, sand Masonite. Put on one thin layer of glue, (a roller works best) let set up, apply second coat of glue & apply canvas. Apply weight till dry. These were BUGET priced items, 24x36 in size & were also for a hospital environment.

I mount my Epson prints in my heat press with Colormount tissue with no problems and that includes canvas as well.
