There is a Mitre-Mite Disc Sander on Ebay..Was listed/spoke about on another posting here...Since this is the sander of choice by a lot you fellow Grumblers I need a little input here...The seller states that the "45 Degree Template " is missing !!! Is this a major/important part for this sander...It looks brand new and is shipped in original box...and looks like in the pictures it has all the parts...
Any input here would greatly appreciated...
Thanks...
J. Michael

The "45 degrees template" is a plastic triangle like you used in geometry class in grade school.

You can pick one up at any craft/hobby/woodworking store.

Cliff is right. The template is used only for the purpose of adjusting the angles on the sander. You should check it every month or so.

If you're in the market for a sander, have you checked out the new one from Our Sponsor United? It looks ans works like the Miter-Mite/AMP/ITW sander, but costs a lot less.

Thanks guys....That does make sense...I will be looking at the one at United....I am going to following the auction on Ebay and see what it goes for....
Thanks for all your input ....
J. Michael
