So, I have decided to use the PVA fabric adhesive on a LARGE (73x39) laminated poster. The laminant is quite thick and the framing is not getting glass...

I am in search of how would the best way to apply this glue.
Should I get a Paint roller and paint pan, and just roll the glue on in a thin layer? Should the roller be a foam roller?
Is this glue fast drying or do I have time to TAKE My TIME in rolling this glue out?
ALSO, I was going to mount this onto Gatorboard.

Thanks for any input. It greatly appreciated :)))))

Roll it on with sponge rollers after wiping the surface with a clean cloth to remove any potential silicon coating. How fast the glue dries depends on which glue you are using, but as long as you aren't interrupted and leave it you should have plenty of time to work. Don't dally, but just roll it on. The laminate isn't absorbive and you don't need a heavy coat ...just evenly roll it out.

Put the laminated piece on your gator board and weight it preferably with plate glass or something to evenly distribute the weight. On such a large piece you may need to use several pieces of glass or mirror but it shouldn't present a problem because the laminate will also help distribute the weight without causing any crease lines.

I would leave the weights on over night and you should be in great shape in the morning.
