I am selling my online store. It started out as a sports poster store, 5 years ago. It has since evolved to other licensed sports merchandise and more expensive sports photos and art. We do some framing in house. This site would be a nice compliment to an existing frame store looking to have an online presence. The framing is the most profitable aspect of the store, and someone with more expertise in framing can grow this aspect.

The store is a Yahoo store and is very easy to run. It has grown each year.

Please email me if you would like further information.

It would be a nice gesture to post your website so a prospective buyer could take a look at what you are trying to sell him, dontcha think??

That is like trying to sell me a car over the phone!! I would like to see the merchandise before I make a bid on it.

If this is your site it is very well laid out and looks like somebody put some work into lining up a widespread inventory of sports collectibles.

Good luck in your sale.

Edit: BTW, sportswall, you passed up some good free advertising by not posting your website here on the Grumble when you registered a year ago. There are a bunch of framers here who are always looking for sports stuff for their customers. And it doesn't cost you a cent.

Most would have picked it up from the sportswall.com in your email address... don't let him be so hard on you... apparently he had a big bowl of grumpy for breakfast. :D

Well, Sportswall, I didn't pick up on any bad feelings from YOUR post so I guess you took what I said in the manner in which I meant it, a bit of helpful advice to help you get as much exposure as you can for your sale. Since it isn't a B&M business and there are many of us who aren't as adept as others at cruising the internet, I simply thought I would post your site for you in hopes that it would be easier to find. If there was any comments taken as a negative by you I fully apologize for it.

Website looks nice.

Why are you selling?? Where in NY are you?? If framing is most profitable, where is it on your site?? I may have missed it, but I only looked briefly.

curious...

Hello SportsWall,

Is your website still for sale? Would be interested in speaking with you. Do you have a contact number. Thanks.

Frank

Nice website. Looks like these products are drop shipped from other companies so the owner doesn't have to carry many inventory. Also good steady revenue are the google adwords links.

Yes, I only posted this 5 days ago, and have had many inquiries from this message board so far. I am planning on posting it with business brokers next week. If you like, I can email you more info. I am traveling for my "real job" right now, so anyone is free to call me on my cell (347) 424-7336, or feel free to email me: kbarrett@sportswall.com

About 40% of merchandise is dropped shipped (the heavier stuff, that takes up alot of space). With that said, the most profitable aspect is the posters and prints (and framing) that we do here. That is why I think this is a natural compliment to a framing store.

You are coorect about the Google ads at the bottom of each page. In December it added $1800 in pure profit. The past two months approximately $800 per month. It requires no work.
