Question problems cutting deep moulding

I have a Frame Square Mitre Saw 1000 and am having a problem with deep/tall mouldings rolling and giving me a bad gap when joining, what can I do to prevent this from happening? Is there a special attachment that can allow me to use the right side stop bar for measuring but give stability so I can get a straight cut? What do moulding companies do to get such straight cuts?
