I forgot to mention on my post about mounting a map, I am having a hard time deciding what to charge for mounting this problem job, I mean old map. It's 70X70, torn with holes and pieces missing. I don't know what to charge for mounting it or the labor. It's a big piece and it will have acrylic on top.

Any ideas?

I would charge my regular prices for mounting, glazing, moulding, etc. The rest I would charge by the hour...I have had to do that many times in the past and don't get a complaint as long as I tell the customer upfront why I have to charge that way.
