Pricing Opinions (SpecialtySoft specifically)

There are a few companies that we order moulding from where we are needing to beef up our pricing because our costs are coming in a bit high. I am just curious as to the methods others are using to satisfactorily cover all your moulding and shipping costs. The culprits lie with the companies that we must have shipped, sometimes full sticks are the only option (often much extra), and/or the moulding is already pricey to start with at length cost. Just pricing them as chop seems to overprice them and we don't want to scare away any frame job unnecessarily. The area in SpecialtySoft which one inputs pricing, overhead, time, wastes, shipping, I'm never too sure is accurately pricing the moulding out for us. Any thoughts?

this is not really a software question, it's a pricing question so i'm going to repost in the grumble forum and remove the SS specification...hope that's okay! i want people to be able to see this...
