Bidding on a job for an artist show there will be 6 of these:

Size 44x62

1"x2" Maple frame (Vermont Hardwood #158ML)
1/2" white spacer
Archival DM of photograph printed on Photo Rag paper
UV Acrylic
Strainer
Z-Bar hanger.

I came up with $1428 ea

just think 2 inches shorter could save a big chunk......
lot of waste cutting and time having to hand cut plexi & backing out of a 48x96
By the way which of the uv plexi's are you going to use? They all block it to some degree don't they?

No matter which plexi you use it is as good of price as any.
