I have a client who needs to ship a 40 x 45 canvas from California to Wisconsin. He says he's used a product that's similar to a cardboard box but with a thin sheet of aluminum inside along with bubble wrap. I don't want to be responsible for ruining his painting, so I'm looking for a premade product myself, but figured maybe one of you guys know of a supplier for something like that. I do know of the supplier in the back of PFM but they have minimums much larger than he'd be willing to deal with and I don't want to get stuck with leftovers. Any info would be appreciated. Hope your xmas season's going well. And it isn't too crazy yet.

ps- he knows Mailboxes Etc. exists, but really wants the box he's used before.

I use a service called "Craters & Freighters" for all specialty shipping. They are a national franchise and manage the shipping, crating, and un-crating door to door. Maybe there is one in your client's area. I have also used Airfloat Strongboxes which have a thin polycarbonate sheet on the inside. They will sell by the each, but you have to pay extra freight to get it to you.
