Precise Paper Cutter Recommendation

One of my photographer clients needs, in his words, "a rotary type trimmer" for trimming the edges on photographs. He is looking for the best, most precise cutter on the market for under about $500.

I'm not familiar with this equipment, and I would appreciate a recommendation that I can pass on to him.

As an aside, he is using a Canon Pro 9500 with one of the archival papers. I am not familiar with the printer, but some of you may be.

I've used numerous rotary cutters and use to sell both the Myers Precision cutters and the Dahle brand rotary cutters. I like the Myers best of all and use it myself here in the shop. Looking them up on the internet I see they've changed their models and distribution but here is a link to a dealer:

For guillotine type cutters I prefer the Dahle brand.

Tell your friend to check out the Fletcher-Terry Gemini and Titan cutters. These are very accurate straight-cutting machines of fairly simple designs. They are designed for, and marketed to, graphic and photographic companies.
