Is it just me or is anyone else having problem with login at PPFA site...every time I try I get a wrong password thingy..I have had 6 differewnt passwords e-mailed to me at 6 different attempts..and now none of them work again..what the ???
 
Login works for me EXCEPT once the login is accepted, I am taken to the PMAI home page with no option to getting to the PPFA site.

When I exit the Internet Explorer and return to the PPFA site, it shows me logged in, but attempting to go to the Framers Corner just takes me back to another login page. This has happened before and I just waited a few weeks and tried again.
 
well, got a new password just now and finally got in ...can't get from PMAI into PPFA///// if they are going to make it this difficult I think I'll pass on PPFA this next year.
 
I have the forum site bookmarked in Firefox and it takes me straight to the forum without any dramas!

If some of you are having repeated problems, and others are not, it may that the problem is at your end.
 
I don't have any trouble at all.

I am using XP and IE7 could it be a browser or OS problem?
 
Just got an e-mail from Sheila at PPFA..they are working on gremlins in the system...in the meantime she suggested cleaning cookies, which i will try. Thanks fore your responses.
 
The new site has been out of beta test for a very short time. There are bound to be little glitches. The best thing is just report them and help them find and fix them. I'm sure they'll iron everything out.
 
Apparently it is a technical problem and not at any users end as I suggested it might be. Deleting cookies might help until it's fixed.

I'm sure the techies will get it sorted soon.
 
I moved to a new machine and got the failure with the same OS and browser setup.

deleting cookies didn't seem to help.

If you look at the link on the menu it points to the wrong place. The hyperlink on the text is obviously wrong. I'm sure they'll find it soon.
